Tika came to us about 3 months ago. During our initial meeting, she told me her goal was to gain muscle!
She got started right away by joining our Private Strength Coaching Program, where she worked with one of our coaches, Alex. Each week, she would come in and work hard, adding weight to the bar. Tika also focused on eating enough protein each day to support her goal.
Great job Tika, we’re going to miss having you around the gym!
