Your first step is to book a No Sweat Intro. During that meeting, we get to know more about you and build out a plan to get started.
Our Foundations program is designed to take out ALL the guesswork. We will teach you how to use the equipment, how to move effectively, and how to start the program we design for you.
Absolutely not! Our athletes are typically over 40 but we also coach folks well into their 70s. Strength is for everyone.
Strength! You’ll notice more energy, more stamina, and greater strength during your typical activities. You’ll also notice better sleep, mood, and stress management. Lastly, you’ll build muscle!
No, our gym is by appointment only. Every workout performed at our gym is guided and coached.
Yes! We offer 3 programs to meet your coaching needs (group, hybrid, and private strength coaching).
Yes! In fact, many athletes join our gym because our training approach is able to effectively deal with typical orthopedic issues. We’ve coached hundreds of folks through all sorts of typical aches, pains, and injuries.
We do not have childcare facilities.
We customize your experience. We start with a detailed Foundations Program to set you up for success. From there, we tailor your program to meet your goals and schedule. Finally, every 90 days, we will sit down and discuss your progress.
We aim for 3 sessions per week, each lasting approximately 1 hour.
