Meal Replacement Shake
- 2 cups skim milk (you can substitute something else here if you like)
- 1 scoop whey (vanilla works best)
- 1 cup dry oats (I use Quaker quick oats)
- 5 servings (230 g) liquid egg whites
- 1 tbsp of cinnamon (sometimes I go for 2)

- ~ 75 g protein
- ~ 80 g carbohydrate
- ~ 7 g fat
