Meal Replacement Shake

  • 2 cups skim milk (you can substitute something else here if you like)
  • 1 scoop whey (vanilla works best)
  • 1 cup dry oats (I use Quaker quick oats)
  • 5 servings (230 g) liquid egg whites
  • 1 tbsp of cinnamon (sometimes I go for 2)

Approximate Macros

  • ~ 600-650 calories
  • ~ 75 g protein
  • ~ 80 g carbohydrate
  • ~ 7 g fat
